Training is a one on one session that focuses on perfecting moves and/or tailoring workouts for specific injuries like neck upper back etc. Includes education on options available for each exercise based on needs.
Massage focuses on customizing work in areas needed post injury or part of rehabilitation. Includes education on how to do your own self myofascial release.
