Pass is active immediately upon purchase and is good for unlimited classes for 30 days from purchase.
Included will be access to video recordings of each class each week in the event you miss your class. Videos for each day will only be available for three days and will then be updated for the next week.

Challenge : usually two weeks Long. Four to Six short videos are offered for participants to learn and practice. During the challenge weeks the moves will be talked about and practiced in classes.

The occasional POP-UP Class randomly offered on the schedule for an extra workout.
