Purchase a pass4- Prepare a simple toolbox: small resistance bands, yoga mat/ towel, yoga 9” ball, large exercise ball, weights, foam roller, TRX, tennis balls.
10 minutes before class, grab your toolbox and join our virtual room ( Link on the schedule ) once you have reserved a spot.
